Having worked directly with the Top Leadership and Management Teams of employers like Steria India (now Sopra Steria), L&T Finance, Regency Healthcare, etc., she holds a blend of strong HR acumen and ability to execute plans successfully. Her strength is her ability to move seamlessly from strategy to action.

 

Her strong grasp of the business & her approach to managing complex HR challenges is not only pragmatic but also compassionate, and she never loses sight of the business objectives that the organization is driving. Ansuiya is a people strategist and is driven by her passion to solve organizational challenges using people initiatives. She has a keen eye for detail in whatever tasks she undertakes. She is a go getter as well as patient in her dealings, and this blend has gone a long way in helping her get results in tough situations.
